Equipment Inspection & Damage Policy
All equipment is dropped off with a full inspection completed and notated. Any and all damages to equipment owned by Garza Load & Haul LLC can result in partial to full charges to the customer directly.

Payment:

We require full payment to be made at time of booking, via our online store.

Booqable handles all of our online booking and any and all regulations can be found by clicking the "book now" buttons on our website.

You may pay with any payment method listed on our system.

You MUST book with a credit card in your name. You will be required to provide proof of a matching ID at the time of all drop offs, otherwise we will not leave the unit.

Tax will be added to all payment totals.
Refunds & Cancellations: A 10% refund will be provided back to you on the original payment method. To cancel, we must be notified within 1 week before the job is scheduled to start.
Please be advise that if we have to move the dumpster again for any reason after original drop off, a $100 fee will be charged automatically to customer.
